Delivery
How much is delivery?
Free across the UAE on orders over AED 500, and a flat AED 35 below that. Furniture always includes delivery to the room you choose and assembly.
When will my order arrive?
In stock pieces arrive the same day in Dubai if you order by 1pm, and in two to three days elsewhere in the UAE. Made to order pieces take six to eight weeks.
Returns
Can I return something?
Yes. You have 30 nights to decide. Tell us and we collect it for free, then refund you within five working days of it reaching the studio.
What is buy back?
When you move or redecorate, we buy back our own furniture for store credit, restore it in the workshop and find it a new home.
Care
How do I look after oiled oak?
Wipe with a damp cloth, use coasters for hot cups and re-oil once a year. A care kit comes free with every table, and we can do it for you.
Can the linen go in the machine?
Yes. Wash at 30 degrees, line dry in the shade and skip the iron. Our linen is stonewashed before it ships, so it will not shrink.
Orders and payment
How can I pay?
By debit or credit card, or by bank transfer for larger orders. You get a VAT invoice by email as soon as your order is confirmed.
Can I change my order?
Of course, until it leaves the studio. Reply to your order email or call us and we will update it the same day.
Trade
Do you work with designers and hotels?
Yes. Our trade programme gives interior designers, architects and hospitality teams 15 percent off, one contact and samples within 48 hours.
Apply for tradeCan you make a custom size?
Most tables, beds and sofas can be made to your size in about eight weeks. Send your measurements and we reply with a drawing and a price.

Where is the studio?
Warehouse 17, Street 8, Al Quoz Industrial Area 1, Dubai. There is free parking outside and the coffee is on us.
Get directionsWhen are you open?
Saturday to Thursday from 10am to 8pm, and Friday from 2pm to 8pm. Styling appointments run every day, in person or on video.
