Where we deliver and what it costs

Dubai: Delivery and assembly at AED 35.00 (free on orders over AED 500.00), usually 1 to 2 working days; Same evening (order by 1pm) at AED 75.00, usually the same day. Sharjah, Ajman and Umm Al Quwain: Delivery and assembly at AED 35.00 (free on orders over AED 500.00), usually 1 to 3 working days. Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and Al Dhafra: Delivery and assembly at AED 35.00 (free on orders over AED 500.00), usually 2 to 4 working days. Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah: Delivery and assembly at AED 35.00 (free on orders over AED 500.00), usually 3 to 5 working days. The exact delivery charge for your address is shown at checkout before you pay.

Collect your order

You can collect your order free of charge from Al Quoz studio (Warehouse 14, Street 8, Al Quoz Industrial Area 3, Dubai), open Saturday to Thursday, 10am to 7pm. Choose collection at checkout and wait for our email saying your order is ready, then bring your order number.

Choose a delivery time

At checkout you can pick a delivery day and a time window (09:00-13:00, 13:00-17:00 and 17:00-21:00). Please order at least 20 hours before the window you want.

Preparing your order

We usually prepare orders within 1 to 2 working days. Orders placed on a weekend or a public holiday are prepared on the next working day. Delivery times are estimates from the day we dispatch.

Tracking your order

We email you when your order is on its way, with a tracking link when the courier gives one. You can also follow your order from the link in your confirmation email.

Cash on delivery

You can pay in cash when your order arrives. Cash on delivery is available for orders up to AED 15000.00. Please have the amount ready, as couriers may not carry change.

Address and missed deliveries

Please give a full delivery address, a nearby landmark and a phone number the courier can reach, and your Makani number if you have one. If nobody is available, the courier will try to call you. If an order comes back to us after failed attempts, we may charge the delivery cost again to send it out once more.
