Last updated 14 October 2026. These terms apply when you use builder.cityprojectsolutions.com/s/demo and when you buy from Ghaf and Grain Furniture Trading LLC (demo). By placing an order you agree to them, so please read them first.

Your order

After you place an order we send you a confirmation email. Our contract with you starts when we accept your order: when your payment is confirmed or, for cash on delivery, when we dispatch it. We may decline or cancel an order, for example when an item is out of stock or a price was shown by mistake. If you already paid, we refund you in full.

Prices and tax

Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED). Prices include VAT at 5%. Delivery charges and any fees are shown at checkout before you pay.

Payment

You can pay by cash on delivery, bank transfer or payment when you collect your order. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach us.

Delivery

We deliver to the areas and at the prices in our shipping and delivery policy. Delivery times are estimates. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as bad weather or courier disruption.

Returns and refunds

Our refund and returns policy explains how to return items and get your money back. Nothing in these terms affects your rights under the UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020).

Products

We try to show every product, colour and size accurately, but screens differ and small differences are possible. Product information is a description, not a promise beyond your legal rights.

Your account

If you open an account, we sign you in with a link sent to your email. Keep that email account secure: you are responsible for orders placed from your account.

Using this website

Please do not misuse the site: no attempts to break into it, to copy it in bulk, or to use it for anything unlawful. The words, photos and designs on this site belong to Ghaf and Grain Furniture Trading LLC (demo) or to the people who licensed them to us.

Our responsibility

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. Nothing in these terms limits a responsibility that the law does not allow us to limit.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws of the emirate where Ghaf and Grain Furniture Trading LLC (demo) is licensed. If we cannot settle a disagreement together, the courts of that emirate will decide it.
